Items are shipped in Israel via door-to-door courier service (HFD). Shipping in Tel Aviv usually takes two business days, and up to four business days outside of the Tel Aviv area. Please be extra patient during holiday seasons. Stretching the definition of crappy servies is also part of Israeli consumer culture.

Returns are only possible in cases of a defect in the product–we are not a Zara. Minor variances or imperfections may occur naturally as the result of handmade production and/or the low motivation of underpaid workers in the Westbank.

In case you haven’t followed our washing instructions and shrunk your items by machine drying, we won’t be able to replace or refund your order. However, we care about our customers so please reach out for a coupon code for future orders.

Contact us about any damaged items and our courier will pick up your package. Please be sure to wrap it properly prior to return.
